FitFam Summer Games Fest Shanghai at YEAHHPARK
A Day of Fun, Fitness, and Friendship - FitFam Summer Games took place with great enthusiasm. The event, which was meticulously planned, turned out to be a fantastic display of teamwork, fitness, and community spirit. Here’s a closer look at how the day unfolded, the winners, and the exciting prizes they took home.
The day started early with Amy Chu, Yuan Gao, Stanley, Sunny, Robin, and Ioana setting up for a smooth event. By 7:15 AM, Ioana and Bob welcomed participants at the check-in desk.
After a quick introduction by Robin and Ting-Ting, Ryan, Jo, Amy Chu, and Ioana demonstrated the activities, setting a competitive yet fun tone. Dieter led a warm-up session, preparing everyone for the games ahead. By 8:30 AM, the games were in full swing. Robin officiated the field events with judges Eva, Gao Yuan, Dieter, Sunny, Raaj-Jackie, Ting-Ting, Wendy, and Amy Chu. Ioana oversaw the track events, with judges Ben, Bob Garner, Stanley, 老爷爷, and Amy Chu ensuring fair play.
Team and Participants Highlights
On the Field:
- Echo (Dragon Team): Dominated the backward lunges with an impressive 121 repetitions in just 2 minutes.
- Sean (Hahahahaha Team): Excelled in the frog jump, achieving a remarkable distance of 296 cm, significantly boosting his team's score.
- Ram (HQ Fighters): Triumphed in the one-leg standing challenge, maintaining balance for an outstanding 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Sissi (Luwan Team): Came very close in the one-leg standing challenge, just 2 seconds shy of Ram's winning time.
- Anna Zhou (Running Fish Team): Mastered the side plank, holding the position for a remarkable 4 minutes and 27 seconds.
- Jump Rope: The Dragon Team displayed outstanding synchronization, winning the jump rope event.
On the Track:
- Ryan Yan (Pudong Riverside Rebels): Blazed through the 750m run with an amazing time of 2 minutes and 18 seconds.
- Crab Walk Relay: The HQ Fighters secured top points in this event, showcasing excellent teamwork and agility.
- 400m Mini Band Relay: Pudong Riverside Rebels excelled, demonstrating their speed and coordination.
- Water Pass: Heatbusters topped this event, efficiently passing water with great precision.
These highlights showcase the exceptional talents and competitive spirit of the participants, contributing to their teams' overall success in the Summer Games.
